2. What personal data we collect
When you contact us through our enquiry form, by email or by WhatsApp, we may collect: your name; email address; telephone / WhatsApp number; country of residence; approximate investment budget; and any details you choose to share about your investment objectives. We only collect what you voluntarily provide. We do not seek special-category data; please do not include it in your message.
3. Why we use your data & our legal basis
To respond to your enquiry and provide our advisory services: your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
To carry out the property sourcing, legal verification and transaction coordination you request: performance of a contract.
To meet legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations: legal obligation.
To keep records of our advisory relationship: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
4. International data transfers
Our service connects international investors with property in Morocco. To complete a transaction, we may need to share your data with regulated professional partners located in Morocco, including a notary (notaire), legal counsel, and our banking partner. Morocco is not currently covered by a UK or EU "adequacy" decision. Where we transfer your data outside the UK / EEA, we do so only on the basis of your explicit consent to that specific transfer and/or appropriate contractual safeguards, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service you have requested.
5. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the professional partners directly involved in your transaction, and only as needed. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
6. How long we keep your data
If your enquiry does not proceed to an engagement, we retain it for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of our relationship and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal, tax and anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out beforehand). To exercise any right, email skaynaknzinvest@gmail.com. We aim to respond within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are based in the UK, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you are in Morocco, you may contact the CNDP at cndp.ma. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
9. Cookies & website data
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts and chart libraries from third-party providers (Google Fonts and Cloudflare), which may process limited technical data such as your IP address solely to deliver those resources. No profiling is performed.

8. Reclamaciones
